I flew to Bangkok for Thailand Blockchain Week back in November 🇹🇭
Went to a side event: a builder meetup
Met the abcd team and the community - a Malaysian crew 🇲🇾
Spoke on stage 🎤 gave an interview 🎥 and had a great dessert 🍰
Recently, the guys from that meetup reached out They’re running a university
based hackathon in Kuala Lumpur 🎓 and invited Dash.org to join as a partner and propose a track 🚀
Perfect timing we need to test Dash Platform and bring in builders to build on top of it
University hackathons are a win 🔥 students are highly motivated, budgets are reasonable, prize pools don’t have to be huge and we deliver on the educational mission with strong dev mentors 👨💻
So now I’m flying to Malaysia for the finals and the awards 🏆
But I don’t like spending budgets without leverage so I decided to make the most of this trip
I started looking for events during my stay and it turns out abcd the same team behind Bangkok meetup is running a conference Beyond Borders 2026 🌐
I reached out told them I’d be there and we agreed on a community partnership 🤝 and a speaking slot 🎤
